While messing around with my MacBook's settings, I discovered that you can move your mouse pointer by moving your head around. You can even configure it - for example smiling can mean left click and sticking your tongue out is right click.
Just go to:
Settings.app → Accessibility → Pointer Control → Alternative Control Methods
There you can enable head pointer and pointer actions.
Now open Paint and try to draw something :)
